The Dairyman's cottage sits among several carefully renovated barns and two working farms. The farm (tours can be organised) will give you an insider's view to life in the countryside. You may also recognise that Tapnell overlooks the site of the 1970 Isle of Wight pop festival.
'The Dairyman's Cottage' - Four bedrooms, three doubles en suite (can be turned into twins) and a another twin room. There is also disabled access and a wet room. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room. Outside there is a patio with BBQ, large garden and parking,
'The Lookout' - Has two double en suites and a sofa bed in the living area( one room can be turned into a twin room), an open plan modern kitchen and diner next to a sitting room with stunning views. Plenty of parking. This cottage is owned by Tom and he lives here when he is on the island.
'Stockbridge'- Has four doubles, one of which has an en-suite, and one family bathroom. The cottage is on the outskirts of the farm, just set back from the road, and has plenty of outdoor space with a large garden, patio area with BBQ and children's play area. There is also free wifi and private parking which would easily park more than two cars.
All properties are newly refurbished and finished to a beautiful standard - Contemporary and airy whilst keeping a homely charm. They are in a great location for walking trails.

Big enough to sleep the largest of families but equally cosy and welcoming; Tapnell Manor has recently undergone a major refurbishment bringing the interior into the 21st century while maintaining the rustic appeal of an old farmhouse. Set between two working dairy farms, with views to Tennyson Down and the Solent you will find yourself surrounded by natural beauty and grazing cows.
Inside the house there are plenty of rooms for guests to spread out: a games room for the more active, and plenty of open fires for the more relaxed. The farmhouse has 10 bedrooms: 6 doubles, 1 triple, 1 twin, 1 family room with a double and twin and 1 nursery with cot and put up single. There is also 4 sofa beds- one in the lounge, 1 in a double room, 1 on a second floor landing and 1 in a downstairs walkway next to the wet room.Other features include a welcoming kitchen with an Aga and a relaxed eating area, a conservatory with breathtaking views and a beautiful beamed dining room. Outside, in the enchanting garden there's room to roam, with ponds, ornaments and a wide assortment of flora and fauna to entertain the greenest of fingers.
